The answer is yes

Your advise paying 4000b fee for agent only you don't have to show a tm30 form which is very easy to get.

Is absolute nonsense BS

10USD for another hotel booking

Or you just pay the fine at immigration for landlord for failing to register you.

You can do it behalf your landlord. And they have to sign documents aswell but in the future you can always register yourself by going to immigration.

He can check in a hotel and get the form. It really does not take long anymore.

I just did it 2 days ago.

Idk how many years ago you did it.

But it is not very time consuming now to make it worth paying 4000b

For Covid-Extentions yes it was worth it.

But not regular extentions
