the amount required is pretty huge for young people that just started their working journey you know. You can't accumulate much from the get go. In my understanding, this is mainly to prove you're capable of handling emergencies. So nothing wrong with having a support system for difficult times and still being responsible for your own day to day life with work. Getting mommy, daddy or brother to transfer money quickly for a visa is a bit more dishonnest than admitting that simple fact, I think. My opinion 😄
