exactly. I did this several times at Jomtien immigration. Need to bring copy of renting contract, passport of the owner and copy of the house book.

Did this many times myself. No problems at all.

I think I need to go to Kuala Lumpur because the following requirement

„6. Proof of Employment in Malaysia, e.g. letter from employer with applicant’s name, position and dates of visiting Thailand.

For self-employed, business license/registration under the applicant’s name must be submitted.

If residing in Malaysia under MM2H, a copy of MM2H registration must be submitted.“

But first of all I’ll check with Chonburi immigration
