Bangkok you can get anything and everything….

The smaller islands I struggled with things like dry shampoo, heat spray for hair, Moroccan oil, high end makeup like Chanel, Mac etc, perfumes…. Underwear shops just don’t exist! You have to purchase in SHEIN or online. Good quality chocolate. If you uk and Europe BYO lol. Struggled to buy nice shoes Bangkok is better but range and style just not the same as UK/Europe. I have my fave face creams from home so always bring stock up. Same with shampoo/conditioner. You cannot get jungle formula bug spray. Not good for you but I have an allergy to mosquitos and nothing else works for me!

If you are on the larger side being tall, have larger boobs lol or wide hips etc you just struggle to get anything to fit you! Clothes shopping not the best.

Anonymous participant it basically means you cannot apply for a DTAC until up to 3 days before travel. Not that you must do 3 days before travel. The DTAC is issued pretty instantly via email and it also gives you an option to amend the travel date if needed.
