technically it’s 1 calendar year, practically the IO at his own discretion can deny the entry if he suspects that you are living in the country without an appropriate visa and in the case that you mentioned the chances that the IO will think this way are high

it absolutely depends on the length of the stay, you can enter even 30 times on visa exemption in 1 year and have no problem, the OP intends to live permanently in Thailand with visa exemption through the years and this have high chances of trouble

It will works 1 time and will be at discretion of the IO, if you do it trough the years the chances of be denied the entry are quite high

question: if you have a multi re-entry permit on the visa and you proceed to 60 days extension it will be valid for the extension or need to purchase a new one ?

same here. Did it last week, only proof of fly to Thailand was required to upload, no proof of fly out Thailand asked by the embassy

ok, i will visit the immigration office next time that i’ll be in Thailand, one more question, do you know if i can apply for the extension anytime during the 90 days of the single entry or need to be close to the expiration? E.g. if the day that i enter until the 90 days non imm o single entry visa i go to the immigration and apply for the 1 year extension it will be fine?
