yes you need to provide your bank with the information. Go into a branch. Paying tax at home does not always mean there is no tax to pay in Thailand. Ask your District office or Revenue office about that

nonsense. He can get any number of 12 month extensions to the same visa he arrived on, if he can comply with the financial requirements of his IO

yes it would be just 1,900 baht for another 12 month extension of your original 90 day O visa, if your local Immigration Office will accept your funding meets their requirements
