Mine was done within half an hour. On a weekend if that means anything. I have not seen anything about 7 "working days".

I've been working 8 months straight. I'm not crying about a couple of hundred quid ;-) Maybe the strong will live. You want to hope the stupid do too.

Indeed we will. For me, I have been working away from my family for 8 months. I am on a one year renewable visa so it's "only" the covid requirements I have to satisfy.

Sorry to hear that. I'm not the most organised of people and fortunately have a visa for Thailand but I have backed all my online documents with paper copies. Including receipts. So hopefully will have a better experience than yourself.
