Hi, anyone know what the deal with getting a lateral flow test in Thailand before flying home to London? Can we just buy them from a boots or Watson’s?
Do we keep the test as well as registering it on return to home locator form?
I don’t want to get to the airport and not have to be sufficient test details.
Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Nathan is seeking information on obtaining a lateral flow test in Thailand before traveling back to London. He wonders if these tests can be purchased at local stores like Boots or Watson’s, and whether he needs to keep the test results as part of the UK home locator form. Comments suggest that recent rules may require an RT-PCR test instead, or a lateral flow test with a proper certificate from a test center, rather than one bought from a pharmacy.
More info that hopefully someone will advise on, I’m in Koh Samui and fly from Bangkok early hours of 28th December, bank holidays will effect this I’m sure.
