Are the 30-day visa stamps replacing the 60-day stamps in Thailand?

People (in general terms) keep mixing up TDAC and visa and exempt. TDAC has been implemented May first, which is ONLY change for now. No one knows whether 60 days exempt will at some time change to 30 👍
