Amaël Vier happened to me every.single.time when i flew from germany to thailand. airberlin, emirates, turkish. every time.

better be safe then sorry.

yes, airline might refuse you. however, they know you get a 1 month stamp.

all they are asking for is an outbound ticket.

simply buy one online for 10$ or buy a real ticket to cambodia or something for 20$.

i can go there at 10pm, no problem, as long you can get my re-entry permit. it's easier than spending 2 hours to go samut prakarn immigration which is like 30km away

did you had to bring the translated documents to the "ministry of foreign affairs" who then stamped it, to make it a legal document in thailand?

he can apply for the non-o and should get it, hower when they are here, they need to register the marriage in thailand. immigration will come once a year and check on him, untill they have a baby.

lastname on ID card is unimportant, since thais can change it as much as they want.
