And yes I got non B in KL and in Penang 3 months later they wanted this document. I have a document from the department of education but not the provincial one...😩😫

They said I need a letter from the provincial education department, and they need my toeic to get that document. I am only writing my toeic 18 Nov that takes a week to retur and then this other document takes 1 month... That is what I have been told. So I am not sure about these facts.
