They chop an change as they please I heard that some was requested to show thai clearance. I am not sure what is what anymore.

Can I enter Thailand for a third time on an ED visa after two tourist visas in the same year?

My husband just got denied his 3rd tourist visa for the year. He did his first one in vietnam then in Penang and now he went to vietnam aigan and they said no. So I don't know if any of these rules are set in stone.
