thank you for your post. I'm planning on going to Penang to apply for my 1st SETV. I'm currently on a 30 days visa exempt + 30 days extension. would that be a problem for me to get a visa there? also I'm on a rental condo, can i just take the proof of the rental agreement instead of hotel?
