For "Wealthy Global Citizens", some people can give me informations on what "investment" mean, if i buy 500k$ thai bond ? , if i buy 5 condo of 100k$ each ? , can i mix the 2 ways ?! (200k thai bond, 3 condo for 300 examples ?).

The main problems of this , i hear that i need to do the investment before, and apply for the visa after .. and you can still be declined the visa .. ( invest 500k to get a visa cancelled look not good .. )

Ha okay, with truemoney, i will probably try it, but i use deep wallet for 6 month, it work good ( for a fee of 400baht/month ) easy to get online ( and i consider it Cheap to use .. )

atm have not good exchange rate ( about 5% ) , and you still have 220 baht atm fee, I don't think schwab refund this ? And it is not qrcode thai usage.

Participant(e) anonyme ok, so you don't have a company. Do you have any registration from your country that you make business ? In my country when you are a self worker / freelance. you need to be registered, and you have a certificate/registration of that.

I think some people get the visa working for online platform, but be ready to accept it may failed.

( what I mean is if you do a "side business teacher", with no official / regular business , it may failed)
