Why someone, a thai turist visit other country , they are sure wll come back, and even do , thailand is a jail from where they shouldn't escape? Mine was just a question, don't take it personal.

I think depends on status in thailand. If for family reason, can transfer large amount, and of course they will ask reason.

renew your passport around ( if it's same European Passport) October , then go immigration to transfer visa on new passport. Then 45 days or less , befoe via expires, renew your visa
