Is there medical care available for 100% disabled veterans in Thailand?

MAnilla is the closest facility. I've been checking into this same question myself. For medical attention it is MAnilla. VA, does offer a program called traveling vet. I think it is for meds etc. You might want to check. I have a appointment next week and will find out for sure.
