I believe it’s law that if they own (6 properties.?) they cannot charge more than the government rate. We have same problem here with two retail units , tried many times asking and even went to town hall …. Nobody will enforce it just like many laws in Thailand. We pay 8 per unit but luckily the business can afford it. Our condo is government rate. TIT

yep we’re together 10 years have two businesses in jomtien and land. She applied a month ago then we received the lies about our intended countries even though I sent them all the tickets and hotels. Their either stupid and incompetent or just scamming to squeeze more cash out of us.
