Thanks Werner for your reply, there isn't any legal issue in there. I have consent from my son's mother for him to stay with me. Just asking as if consent need to travel then she has to go first to district office and later from south Thailand to Bangkok to get it translated n certify at MFA and that's the difficult part to go to Bangkok or Phuket.

As per requirement, return ticket or onward ticcket for tourist visa. For any non immigrant visa, not required return or onward ticket.
