if you are granted a visa and certificate of entry to Phuket from your local Thai embassy, you don’t have to quarantine in Phuket. After a first negative test result after arrival, you can move around Phuket, you just can’t leave for 14 days.

the rules change very frequently and it is rumoured thailand will be fully open to all tourists by January, just have to wait and see

it depends if Tunisia is on the the red list if it is then you won’t be able to check your Thai embassy in your country they will tell you and you still need a certificate of entry at the moment

I don’t think Tunisia is in the countries eligible for the sandbox, it’s best to check with Thai embassy in your country . Good luck

The vaccination certificates issued by the Scottish Government do not contain your passport number. We had no problem getting our visas or entering Thailand last month.

You don't need a fit to fly certificate if you fly to anywhere in Europe saves you money on unnecessary paperwork it was only thailand that wanted that ages ago and now not required for any flights

You won’t get entry to Thailand without the COE unfortunately. All you can do is go direct to the Thai embassy if it is near you
