if you are granted a visa and certificate of entry to Phuket from your local Thai embassy, you don’t have to quarantine in Phuket. After a first negative test result after arrival, you can move around Phuket, you just can’t leave for 14 days.
it depends if Tunisia is on the the red list if it is then you won’t be able to check your Thai embassy in your country they will tell you and you still need a certificate of entry at the moment
The vaccination certificates issued by the Scottish Government do not contain your passport number. We had no problem getting our visas or entering Thailand last month.
