you should also look at the Thai law - misuse of land reasons to cancel the 30 yr lease and so u lose the house

Advice. Do not do this under any ANY circumstances.. once in her name she owns land and house. Family can move in, other male ' friends ' can move in. You have no say and no recourse to recouping your investment if she kicks you out, which is lawful!!
