Yes, with an agent. 10.000b incl overnight in hotel and food. Pick up at 4am in Pratumnak, 12hrs travel. Crossing into Laos and overnight in nice h9tel plus food, next morning back to Pattaya 12hrs travel. Arrival midnight.

 there is only 1 immigration office for all Pattaya, which is in Soi 5 Jomtien.

I just did 60+30+border run Lao+60+30 - no questions asked. Yesterday I did my 30 days extension in Jomtien.
