That's good news about the tourist visa.

The OA seems to throw up unexpected questions and documentation requirements, not helped by intransigence of UK banks!!

Am I correct that my wife (u50) needs a tourist visa before applying for a 'spouse' visa once my OA had been granted?

Capital for her visa is in a joint account, is that a problem?

I'm trying this but funds are in UK bank in £ as I've not got a Thai bank yet. Did you have funds in UK or Thai bank please. I asked online at embassy site but got no answer to that.
