I am not in Thailand and the Thailand Honda site will neither open on the web nor Facebook and there are 'no Honda price listings', complete opposite of the Philippines. Fortunately expats in here and to a lesser extent ThaiVisa have given me all this information to me here plus more. To them I very grateful. I never wanted to be fully reliant on my friend, though it's not him who was the problem.

The 125 is meant to be the most popular Thai bike. The majority of ordinary folk have to buy on finance and an extra baht for a city run around may seem a price too high.

This bike is for his wife. I am sure he would like a 160 for himself over his 125. If he paid the baht extra, perhaps he could do a swap. He would certainly maintain and service the bike better than she did her last one. It's pretty frustrating trying to coordinate a scooter purchase from Australia, starting with the lying saleman today in the 'trusted dealership' then moving on to the Honda sites which won't open here.

For some weird reason I cannot open the Thai Honda site on the web or Facebook in Australia. I am also informed there are no price listings from Honda in Thailand. Totally different story with their page and information in the Philippines.

I don't get it. I'm 71 and bought the insurance online via a compare the market site. I paid even more last year. Somehow they must see me coming online and raise the price. No serious health issues.
