Ok, well thats what I have been doing for the past 5 years, going to Ho Chi Minh city and getting Non o based on marriage, no bank statements needed.

Now Im on these 60 day covid extensions (pardon me if thats not the correct term). Would be great to be able to get the same visa I get in HCMC here in country with the same requirements. Thank you for your time and help Tod, appreciate it.

I have same visa and situation as you. Sat at immigration all day yesterday at Chaengwattana . Only to be told bring my wife (Thai national) in to get a picture taken. I told them no, because i have 2 small babies and it's not safe. They dont care about life. Only money.

Now i see your experience and am even more confused.

Thank you!!!!! I will be arriving in HCMC the 24th. My plan was to go to consulate the 25th and submit papers for non-immigrant O visa. Does anyone know if it will be possible to pick up the next day on 26th? Thanks in advance for any information!
