whooooole day and in the end finally someone picked up and the guy gave me a pre approval. He told me to upload flights and hotels again on COE website.

The travel agency is called cheaptickets.be, I paid €200 more than I normally pay for my flights to Thailand

KLM flights booked at cheaptickets.be, can not be changed (when I booked they told me I could), but cheaptickets is uncontactable. My COE did get pre approval 1hr ago, I could contact embassy by phone.. so have to wait now and hope they fully aprove very soon

It was stolen 2 days ago. I have a new passport due speed procedure and I did get a pre approval one hour ago :) fingers crossed 🤞

my laptop bag is stolen here in Brussels a couple of days ago.. my passport was also in the bag. Today I've got a new passport due speed procedure
