TLDR : Answer Summary
After completing the Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) in Bangkok, you can generally travel throughout Thailand, provided you meet specific provincial entry requirements. However, you need to be aware of local COVID-19 restrictions and potential additional quarantine measures in different areas. You also cannot freely enter 'sandbox' areas such as Phuket or Koh Samui unless you meet their specific regulations. Additionally, further testing and associated costs may be involved when traveling to different provinces.
smells a bit like advertising against group rules. Your not even in Thailand

You can but as was recently discovered by a Canadian couple in Phukhet you may still get caught up in the testing scams. 2 tests at 3800 baht a time in each province you visit!
you raise a brilliant point. Just turning up in rural Thailand and expecting everything to be okay can lead to a lot of problems. My advice would be to always seek out local advice.
So are you saying that if you’ve quarantined in bkk for 14 nights, fully vaccinated and get a negative Covid test that you’re not allowed to fly to your Phuket without staying in a SHA hotel? I thought that after the quarantining in bkk you could go anywhere in thailand without restrictions. ??
