What should I do if I have lost my passport before my flight to Thailand and can't get my Certificate of Entry (COE)?

Hi, my flight is tommorow and I still don't get my COE. I lost my passport and try to upload my new one that I did just get, but the COE website says: "upload error".

Does anyone know what I have to do?

Nishant Prasad whooooole day and in the end finally someone picked up and the guy gave me a pre approval. He told me to upload flights and hotels again on COE website.

You should remove your previous passport and then upload your new one. You cannot add new file. You need to delete previous file first.

Make sure you upload from computer and not android device I had same problem uploading documents

 Don't think you have time now, Best phone company you booked flight with see if you can change date by a few days, Should be ok as can't see planes being full

 KLM flights booked at cheaptickets.be, can not be changed (when I booked they told me I could), but cheaptickets is uncontactable. My COE did get pre approval 1hr ago, I could contact embassy by phone.. so have to wait now and hope they fully aprove very soon

Here’s a sample of COE, it contains your passport number. Also, when checking the status, the reference number needs to be inputted along with your passport number..

Raf, I have filled out the COE for guests and recorded a podcast on how to do it. I agree with Tiffany, if you have all the documents start a new one but it won't be approved by tomorrow. You will not get past check-in at the Airport without it so I'm sorry but you won't be travelling tomorrow. DM me if you need help.

You won’t get entry to Thailand without the COE unfortunately. All you can do is go direct to the Thai embassy if it is near you

I always search my flights on skyscanner.net and i take the cheapest option that they give me. This time it was cheaptickets.be

The Thai Embassy in Belgium should just approve it,

they have all the needed documents and everything is payed already.
