Tbh they downloaded and set it up for me when I arrived at Phuket, but that was in august,some people say that they don't bother now but don't worry they really helpful when you get here

If you look at the top of it its stamped NON in purple with O written

It was definately a NON O i was issued

 I was issued a non o visa while in UK in august,I believe it's all online now,I had to send my passport to rte london
