TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have not received the departure half of your TM6, it's recommended to contact your local immigration office to request a replacement. Depending on the office and your visa type, you may need to file a police report stating that you've lost it. Some users reported being able to obtain a new copy without issues, while others had to pay a small fee. Having a copy of your documents can be helpful in dealing with immigration. Overall, it's advisable to address the issue before applying for your extension of stay.

I used to lose mine all the time. immigration only asked me once where it was, said I don't know, that was it. Got a new one at the airport when I fly out.

Some people report having to go make a police report and bending over backwards for a new one. No idea why. They literally mean less than nothing.

Mine was lost by the same people at immigration extending mine but had no problem because I have a copy of everything I’ve ever gotten from them or given to them. This system I have has been a life saver when dealing with immigration

Go to your immigration office and ask for a new one. Depending on the office and what visa you’re on they may ask you to file a police report stating you’ve “lost” it.
