and yes, they stopped a few people too, who had just like 3 months visit in Thailand before and entered the second time.

But it’s weird the officer who rejected me told me to get a flight ✈️ to BKk

I stay in Thailand for more than 4 years but I did not need to do a border run ( long story), so I just did not know about it , yes.

yeah, I just did not know it before 😅🙈

Well, I think, of there are no rejections cases on Laos border( and others), so it also does not really matter the calendar year🤷‍♀️I just guess

yeas, I listed it cause I have been rejected once. Now I know how it all works. I just tell you there are no special “flagging”, they just can give you a rejection stamp and you can go to another border. Or only black list. And with a black list there is no chance to get in( all agencies know it), yes, that’s we agreed 😅😅🤗

if you stay for long term in Thailand non stop, calendar rules won’t work for you. You will have an interview with the officer. You should know their requirements ahead. It’s like the exam

no man, not really. I stayed for more than 3 years on special extensions. When I went for a travel in February , the immigration in Poipet did not let me in back to Thailand. So calendar year rules is blshit. It’s all about your history AND if you answer correct to their questions. It’s like an exam

you are very right about about it .

It’s up to officers. Thai immigration does not like people stay long on short term visas. Even when it’s legal
