: Sorry I meant 10k. It’s one of the requirements to enter Thailand. It isn’t enforced most of the time. But when they think you’re not a real tourist, they will find reasons to not admit you.

I’ve had my onward ticket checked before. That’s why I quit using the ticket rental services, they don’t book real tickets for you.
