What should I do if the bank claims my Non-O retirement visa is a tourist visa?

Dave I did this three months ago, you will likely need the residency letter from immigration others have said about, but even with that the first two people at Bangkok Bank I spoke to said no, it was only after getting the manager and a twenty minute wait after explaining it to her that they said yes!
