JUST to confirm, is Sri Racha in Chonburi Province? If it is, you can use that immigration office.

As I said above:

"You will need some time remaining on your “admitted to” stamp. Bangkok Immigration requires at least 15 days, Chiang Mai requires at least 21 days. Contact your local immigration office for more information."

Follow the advice on my first comment; you should be able to get the in-country Non-O visa and the extension of stay.

Can I switch to a different visa in Thailand if my non-O extension has expired and I don't have 400k in the bank?

If you applied for it on Monday, you applied for the old "60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19" that is no longer being sold. I never heard of any rejections for this extension of stay, so you should be fine.

3. Are you currently living in Hua Hin, OR are you currently living in Korat?
