I understand that there is some kind of extention regime when you come to Thailand on turist visa (Thailand pass )

I come to hua hin desember 21. And january 4th i go to imigration Office trying to get my 2-3 month extention but got 1 month covid ex .

I try again january 20th to get 3 month ex but got another 1 month covid ex.

I am retired from Norway and i would like to search for Non O 1 years visa , can i do that now if i have all the documents required or whats the rules about that ?
