I tried the same, but was told that they can't help me. The person took my booking reference and told me that they'll escalate the matter. Yesterday I phoned about my damaged luggage and was also told that the matter will be escalated. Needless to say, I didn't hear a word from them in both instances. Hahaha, the best airline in the world! Useless isn't the word!
hahaha, you're waisting your time! The clown who handles their Fb account, is as thick skinned and useless as the whole lot of them. First they stole a return ticket from me and then the damage my suitcase and I can't get anything out of them!
