In Wise App you're asked for the reason of the transfer. You have to choose "funds for longstay" and it will be marked as an international transfer. That transfer might need 1-2 days longer than the other options.

Sometimes they charge an exit fee, about 40 THB. It also could be the fee, if you cross the border before or after regular opening times, which is also about 50 THB.
