What are the requirements for applying for a visa in Vietnam as a UK contractor working remotely from Thailand?

I applied as a freelancer in Vietnam and submitted only portfolio, service contractor agreement with the company and business profile of the company.Got approval within 3 working days.

I applied on 10 Oct and I got visa on 15 Oct bcos they closed on 12,13,14

I think their process is doing step by step.For me,1st stage is pending checking documents,2nd stage is pending approval, 3rd stage is finished and then I got evisa via mail
