Does a change in my visa application status mean I'm likely to be approved?
I applied on Monday and today I noticed my status description text had changed (as in the photo). It's still pending, but does anyone know if this means I'm getting approved? I'm guessing there's multiple people who check/approve the DTV at the embassy...

They already did that yesterday. Requested proof of my entry stamp into Vietnam, which I provided. Then today it changed from checking documents to pending approvalLance ******

I'm very anxious because getting this visa means a lot to me. I also read on here that they'll wait to issue it nearer your stated entry date into Thailand (the one you give them when you apply), because the visa starts the moment they issue it electronically. Not sure how true this is though. Either way good luckLance ******

I think their process is doing step by step.For me,1st stage is pending checking documents,2nd stage is pending approval, 3rd stage is finished and then I got evisa via mail

I applied on 10 Oct and I got visa on 15 Oct bcos they closed on 12,13,14

Those were my thoughts too, because I went from checking documents, to pending approval. However I've read some people went back to checking documents after being at pending approval 😅Lance ******
