well I have had to show the tm30 for the last 3 years in Bangkok

Kofi Kwarteng-Bentil just make sure that you open the page with your 90 visa to show the immigration or they will just stamp your passport for 45 days

Were are you going to stay

If in Bangkok then you will have to show your tm30 even if its the landlord's job

So make sure that your landlord is happy to do the tm30

Done it before

She will need to provide evidence that she's coming back to Thailand

Ie she has a house in Thailand and family that she wants to come back to Thailand

You have to agree to cover the cost if she does a runner in the uk

And she has money in the bank to cover her expenses in England

That should be enough to let her in England

Unfortunately for you there's no other way around it

Maybe you can try to get it done going to another EU country but I doubt it good luck
