no need for a lawyer to make a will just make sure that your will is witnessed by 2 people and then you can go to get it translated into thai for the future court case

This will help you with your problem but I would recommend that you go to immigration office for their own requirements

It's very important for you to have a will or the bank will get the money, so make the will to whoever you want to get the money, keep one for your self and one for your lawyer to hold also I believe that you can give one to the bank for reference, it took me almost 2 years to get the money from my friend's will even though it was left only to me, also they will have to go court to get the money even if they are thai so they will need a lawyer to help them out I had to go 3 times and the cost for your lawyer was
