after you apply the second year for your retirement Visa if you have 65,000 baht every month coming in to Thailand to a Thai bank then you can use that instead of 800,000 in the bank. You must have documentation for one year of at least

I came in with a tourist visa changed it to a non o 90 day and then you can change it to a retirement Visa which is a yearly Visa or sent you are married to a Thai you could change to a spousal Visa. For retirement Visa you need 800,000 in the bank or show 65,000 baht income coming into Thailand every month. For spousal Visa need
