living here 10 years, they can take advantage of you, as in some other countries. But it’s not exclusively for Thailand. It happens to me once in the beginning, you will learn, and I am happy to say it’s a minority , most are friendly, helpful and very nice. Otherwise I wouldn’t live or stay here.

I ask a policeman, and he said..not legal. But they tolerate them because of the lack of a car for Thai people. But, yes but, if you have an accident, you are not insured…because for the law it’s illegal!
