I had a landlady want me to pay for air conditioner repair after it broke down .. been there a few years at 10,000 month (wan’t worth it really .. water press problems 2 story)

Anyway .. I stoutly refused .. gave notice .. got deposit back. Had a signed contract. Nakhon Si Thammarat (Khan)

few years ago I lived in 5 floor mansion Hat Yai Songkhla (in the south) Elect bill jumped from around 1100 Bht average to 2700 Bht and following month. I saw the main office .. told them I used to work as operator in a powerstation & understand the electricity game. Showed full page colour print of me in powerstation (true speak) next monthly bill? back to it’s normal level. Khop khun krap.

this is true. It is misleading in my humble opinion. Recently (last year) I had tourist visa in hand .. date issued .. 2 weeks before I travelled. The stamp-in on arrival doesnt mean the visa period !

All these little tricks & traps to confuse the new travellers.
