Do I need to transfer my retirement visa to my new passport immediately or can I wait until renewal?

looks like the same extinction I have been getting for the last 18 years. It is a retired O. All I have to do is my 90 day residency report between extinctions. Moved from Korat to Pattaya for a few years and had no problem with the visa process after moving to Pattaya and back to Korat again.
