TLDR : Answer Summary
To successfully complete your 90-day report at Muang Tong Thani, you need to bring your passport (which should include the TM6 departure card and receipt for the TM30 filing), your previous 90-day report slip or the notice of when your first report is due, and the original TM30 along with a copy. Additionally, make sure to pick up the TM47 form either from the forms folder or at the immigration office.

Your previous 90 day report slip, OR the paper that tells you when your first 90 day report is due, your passport (with the TM6 departure card in it and the receipt of you having filed a TM30). That's it, get the TM47 form from our forms folder OR at the immigration office when you get there.

I find it very handy to staple everything for the 90 day to a page in my passport ๐Ÿ˜‰

the only thing you really need stapled in there (as in they don't come out until you leave the country is your TM6 departure card and your receipt of having filed a TM30 ๐Ÿ™‚
