if you go to embassy with the right papers you have no problem and go to savannakhet you have no waiting time.

if you have all , no problem. make coppy and take original.will not see home ticket.

if you have all the documents, no problem and fast. Most are not so many people. 2 days for the visa but plan. Hand in papers in the morning and pick up from midday on the other day.
