UK visitor visas aren’t single entry, you can leave an re enter as long as its within the original visa dates

My girlfriends lease was sufficient, nothing else required, she was with me this time though

Just FYI, went back with email from hotel saying they hadnt filed a tm30 - different immigration officer didn’t even ask for it this time, got the extension no problem. Very much luck of the draw it would seem.

Nope I haven’t contacted the hotel, I know they wont have done it with the online system being down at the time. They only checked over my insurance, didn’t get to the accommodation part before telling me they couldn’t do it.

Think its very much dependant on the officer you get whether you are getting an extension unfortunately.

No its not normal, and the online system was down when I did ASQ so it wont have been done. No chance of me getting the receipt. I filed a TM30 at my girlfriends address when I left ASQ and had that receipt with me.

They didn’t even get to checking future accommodation they told me they couldnt extend without the above.

Complete joke of a visa, i’ll be going home instead 😂 so much for promoting tourism

Be prepared for a battle, they refused to extend mine because I didn’t have a TM30 receipt from my ASQ hotel, everything listed above is also needed

I’m in the same boat pretty much, heading to CW this week to see what they say regarding the accommodation since the lease is in my girlfriends name
