Ouch thats a bit high - the pool rate almost universally is 2000 though I pay 1700 for the best one I've ever had unless of course you have a 25 metre pool. Gardeners for a 500sqm garden usually get 1500 a month, twice weekly visits, sometimes 2000.

Circa 10-15% hikes will definitely lead to inflation but theres more than one way to skin a cat
