no thinking at all.... I did email them on the 19th but haven't got a response, tried calling them and all ya get is a answer phone.... I guess they don't want kiwis going there longer than 30 days.... making me consider staying in loas or Cambodia or even Vietnam and spend my $$ there instead.... it will definitely discourage a great number of traveller's to Thailand

yeah that's what I was thinking, at first I thought it must be a error as I did expect a increase in price but to triple it is excessive. If it had been $500nzd then I would of just paid it, but to pay $1000nzd and still have to leave the country twice is ridiculous

yeah doing multiple border runs looks like my only real option now. I was gonna send passport away but realized I would miss out by one day from being able to use it if i did so opted for waiting for evisa. Just can't believe the huge increase of 3x... I was asking about what others pay as reference to whether kiwis are paying a premium compared to others.

yip found it ... I wonder if the fees will go up or down?. You'd hope down with less paper work and actual man hours involved in processing visas

I just went to do one and you can't apply for a multi entry or even a single entry tourist visa via the evisa site. I dunno if it's a glitch in the system or they just ain't doing tourist evisas for kiwi's
