I have never formed an LLC but see lots of online services offering the service. Do you have any recommendations?

I was checking how to register a business in IL, and it seems it can be done online in a minute.

Do I need both the LLC and state registration?

What is an LLC agent?

I don't have a work contract. I have a website and make money using AdSense now, and my future plan is to introduce subscription-based services along with AdSense.

Unless the agent is putting 500k money, the visa really does need an exorbitant agent fee. And if you don't have 500k stashed away, you should not apply for a DTV

Proxy businesses in Phuket have become a nuisance where mostly Russians and Chinese open up businesses reserved for Thais and employ illegal workers from Burma and Laos.

It's a multi entry visa, and for each entry you get 6 months of stay. Just like a multi entry visa for any country, however, the permission to stay depends on the country. For example, a 10-year multi entry US visa allows you to stay for 180 days for each entry. But in the US, you cannot go to Mexico after 6 months and turn back to get another 6 months. In Thailand, one can do so.

please read my post thoroughly. I live in three countries for the whole year and never more than 6 months in a country. By the way, 401K withdrawal is not a tax shelter. 401K deposit is a tax shelter.

More than a 6-month stay in Thailand also requires filing a tax return. With all the deductions and tax treaties from various countries, a person earning around $2000 probably won't pay any tax, but they still have to file it at least and show how much they have paid in their home country and use it as tax credits. So, basically it's a document nightmare.
